If you are not receiving emails from us, it is not because we are not responding.
Many ISPs are implementing very tough "spam filters." When setup correctly, they will weed out junk mail before it gets to your inbox. However, they frequently block legitimate email correspondence.
We cannot help you on the technical side, however here is what you need to do if you are not receiving email from potential students or ourselves.
1. Check your spam folder - the odds are, the email you are looking for is in there.
2. Configure your spam filter to accept email from taichifinder.co.uk
3. Call us or leave us your phone number
4. With some ISPs you may not have any control over their spam filter so you may need a second email address.
You can still order from us even though you may not receive the confirmation.
We never send spam and we make every effort to block spammers masquerading as potential students by "seeding" our directory, concealing your email address, preventing bulk mail and other techniques. If you get an email from taichifinder, either you specifically asked for that email - like a password reminder, order confirmation, or you have registered your classes with us.
Remember, no matter how many times you email us outraged that we are not replying you will not get a response because we are sending it and the spam filter is throwing it away before you can read it.
If you have made an enquiry about classes via our links and received no reply then either- The enquiry did not reach the instructor
- The instructor replied but your spam filter binned it
- the entry is out of date
In any case try giving them a call and please let us know if anything needs updating in our directory
