Classes held Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings.
We practice various Chinese Health Qigong routines. Qigong is an internal meditative practice which uses slow graceful movements and controlled breathing techniques which promote circulation of Qi to achieve optimal health.
Health Qigong is for everyone; young. old, well and sick. Practice can be effective in improving, mental, physical health,and well being.
We are a non profit making organisation, and run regular seminars with senior teachers from Chinese Health Qigong Association.
Classes are very friendly and relaxed. All levels and abilities welcome, especially beginners, older people, and anyone with physical impairments.
