The style promoted is Traditional Yang Family T'ai Chi Chuan. We also practice the 67 Sword Form, Push Hands, Qi Gong and various Chinese exercises.
We offer a welcome and friendly atmosphere and our doors are open to all. Feel free to visit and look before trying out a lesson to learn T'ai Chi. We welcome practitionairs with previous T'ai Chi and martial arts experience and those just interested in having a go.
Our venue is a recently built Leisure Centre with full access and facilities. Beginners sessions run on a Thursday evening.
