For those with some T'ai Chi experience, call and arrange to come to one of the classes which are held at Holy Trinity Church Hall on a Tuesday night and Derinton Road Community Centre on a Thursday night. Classes run from 6.30-10.30pm, from 9pm the class is for more experienced players.

'An Introduction to T'ai Chi' : One hour classes for beginners. Emphasising the meditative aspects of T'ai Chi, ongoing Thursdays 6.30pm-7.30pm, just turn up. Wear comfortable clothes and soft shoes or trainers.
