Description
bi-weekly Sunday workshops to introduce traditional Wu-style Tai Chi as passed on by the late Grandmaster Wu Tu Nan. Ding Shi practice where each posture is held for 1-6 breaths. This unique mode of practice combines the benefits of both form practice and Zhaung Gong (standing postures). Great for building up Nei Gong (internal Chi power)!
