Self-Healing Retreat 2010
Wales: University of Aberystwyth Sports Centre
02 August 2010 - 06 August 2010
These self-healing retreats grow in popularity as Raymond immerses the participants in knowledge gained over forty years of study with some of the worlds finest teachers.
2010 sees renewed emphasis on looking in to oneself and listening to one's own needs. These five days of Universal Teaching on the West Coast of Wales provide a set of tools for all of us who are interested in understanding our own lives. Join us for a week of self-healing and rejuvenation; an opportunity to gain an in-depth awareness of the interconnectedness of the body, mind and spirit.
The course is taught so as to welcome and be accessible to beginners, while qualified Health Practitioners and all therapists and healers who work with the energies of the body will find new skills and insights to integrate in to their existing practice.
Beginners will find this one of the most enjoyable as well as intelligent introductions to the Health aspects of the Chinese Internal Arts. For the experienced Tai Chi Qigong student, you will find that this is a week where your practice will be transformed by your deepening understanding of your chosen field.
The Summer Retreat runs from 10am until 4pm each day (9-3 on the Friday) with tea breaks and a break for lunch. Accommodation can be found in the town and surrounding area.
