Heavens Breath chi-kung (qigong) is a rare set designed to stretch and strengthen the body internally and externally.
qigong, originally known as naigong (internal strength) , works the muscles, ligaments and tendons thereby strengthening well beyond that of regular western exercises.
the day is £60 per person (members) £75 (non-members). As with all our workshops, tere is an early payment discount so please ask.
