Tai Chi and The Tao of Pooh 2nd to 4th April 2010 at Sharpham House, Devon. Bring a copy of the Tao of Pooh (or borrow one of ours when you get here) and find out how this all relates to the Tai Chi approach to life. On this relaxing and laid back weekend we will be chilling out with quotes from Winnie whilst learning or deepening our understanding of Tai Chi and Qigong. Learning how to "be" within the flow of Tai Chi is a priceless gift we can give ourselves and this special weekend will give us the experience to make such a gift our own. With Matthew Rochford and Chris Waters. Matthew will be teaching the Cheng Man Ching Form and 5 Loosening Exercises and partner exercises.
