Re-Vitalise are running a Tai Chi and Buddhist meditation retreat at the gorgeous Braziers Park, Oxfordshire. Andy Spragg has been training in the Chinese martial arts for 25 years and studyign Tai Chi since 1991 (Chang man Ch'ing style) Andy is a Buddhist and concentrates on the synergy between Tai Chi and the Buddhist approach.
