Monthly Workshops teaching the Fundamentals of Qi Gong
Qi Gong uses stretching and breathing techniques to strengthen the body and calm the mind.
It is a comprehensive system for improving your health used in Chinese medicine and Martial arts.
Teaching the essential concepts of Qi gong along with the Zhang Zhuan, Ba Duan Jin and Taijigong these first level seminars give a strong foundation for those new to Qi Gong or simply wanting to strengthen their fundamentals and develop their regular practice.
10 am - 1pm. Costs: £30 (£25 for returnees)
