Dorset Tai Chi is teaming up with Elite Tai Chi to offer students of Yang and/or Chen style Tai Chi the opportunity to spend a relaxing weekend in the glorious Dorset countryside practising Tai Chi under the guidance of professional Tai Chi instructors, each with over 20 years experience.

The event will run from the afternoon of 4th September until the afternoon of 6th September and will be held in Gaunt’s House, which is situated just outside Wimborne, on the Cranborne road. Participants have the option of staying for the whole weekend on full board, or attending for one day only, as they prefer depending on their other commitments.

The programme will include Tai Chi basic skills training, Pushing Hands practice, Form corrections, and some self defence applications.
