Thanks to the patience of Master Guo. I managed to learn the basic steps of Wing Chun, the 12 stepping Wing Chun Form, and the entire 19-step Chen Style Tai Chi Form. On top of all this, Master Guo, upon my request to gain a deeper understanding of Qigong, took me step by step through a training but immensely powerful introduction to the phenomena of Qi and the human body.
Three times a day I had the opportunity to practice Qi Gong stances, Meditation and movements. Through Master Guo’s systematic instruction and explanation, I experienced various feelings including “Magnetic hands”, a small “iron” ball in the dentin, and through hard Qi Gong the capacity to break bricks without injury. Really Interesting! I will miss my daily training with him and will come back again next summer.
