Exchanges & Returns

We aim at 100% satisfaction. If for whatever reason you need to return your purchase (for refund or exchange), you will be able to do so provided you have taken reasonable care of it and packaged it securely within 14 days of receipt (6 weeks for gifts). Please contact us beforehand so we may expect them. We would expect you to bear the cost of the return unless the item is faulty or sent in error or as a substitute. We pay the the costs of sending any replacement items to you.
