- Cost: Delivery cost is by shipping weight. You may calculate these in the shopping cart and they will be confirmed during the purchase process and clearly displayed to you before payment.
- Time: We aim to despatch your order within 2 working days of your confirmed payment. Delivery times are not guaranteed but once posted, delivery typically takes one or two working days by 1st class mail in the UK and a week elsewhere in Europe. Orders placed during holiday periods will be posted when we reopen and we close between Christmas and New Year. If it is more than 4 working days since your mail should have been delivered then please let us know.
- Keeping you informed: When you purchase goods from us, we will send you an automated receipt by email and further email notification when your order has been dispatched but please feel free to contact us at any time about your order. If it is available to purchase on our site we should have it in stock, however occasionally there may be stock-taking errors. Should this happen we will notify you as soon as possible refund you.
- We are UK-based and will post your goods from the UK (internet / mail order only). All stock is held at our warehouse is in Ely. We use 1st or 2nd Class Post (or you may choose the cheaper myHermes service for certain weights) / Airmail except for higher value or heavy items when we use a courier who will a signature confirming receipt. Neither the London office nor the warehouse is open to the public.
- Countries we deliver to: All of our current range can be delivered to most countries in Europe. We do not ship beyond the boundaries of Europe but can usually find you find a supplier who will. If delivery is to an address outside the European Economic Area (EU) it is your responsibilty to pay any import duty that may be due.
- You must examine the goods immediately that the goods are delivered to you. We reserve the right to reject claims in respect of shortages or damage in transit or non-delivery 10 days after the due date of delivery.
