The UKTQF utilises ancient Chinese Physical Culture of Tai Chi and Qi Gong for health promotion. All of the courses offered by the UKTQF are accessible and suitable for people of all ages and abilities.

These are small friendly classes suitable for people of all ages and levels of experience.
