The UKTQF utilises ancient Chinese Physical Culture of Tai Chi and Qi Gong for health promotion. All of the courses offered by the UKTQF are accessible and suitable for people of all ages and abilities.

Margaret has over 10 years experience in Taiji and Qigong. She is a Senior Trainer in Taiji for Stress Reduction and Taiji for Women's Health - Breast care. Classes are small and relaxed and take place in Margaret's home in Maidenhead. All welcome.
