Long form Yang Style Tai Chi: beginners and experienced pushing hands, self-defence, movement. Weekly classes on Mondays throughout most of the year from 6.30-8.30 pm in central Cambridge.

Carla Drayton is a London based teacher who has studied and taught chinese internal martial arts for more than 20 years. She leads the class once every 2 weeks while the intervening week is lead by senior students. contact for further details.
