CHI GUNG – FOR RELAXATION, HEALTH & VITALITY

5 Week, Spring Chi Gung Term, with Instructor Lina Spyrou


Starting: Tuesday 30th March 7pm – 8pm, for 5 Weeks.

Venue: The Healix Wellbeing Centre, 3a Chase Side, Southgate.

Spring Chi Gung Term Course Details:

Spring is the ideal time for rejuvenation of your overall health and wellbeing!!!

 

Chi Gung is a simple, flowing movement form that helps increase energy and gently stretches, moves and opens the body and joints.

We will deepen into relaxation through movement, guided meditation, stillness and energised breath.


Many of the forms are inspired by nature and the 5 elements and this term will includes

some forms corresponding to this particular Spring time of year.
