Yong Nian Taijiquan (UK)
Is a member of the Yong Nian World Federation dedicated to continuing the heritage of Yang Cheng Fu, Fu Zhong Wen and his descendants.
Chief Instructor, Kevin McQuaid, is a personal student of Fu Qing Quan (Grandson of Fu Zhong Wen) and qualified to teach Taijiquan in China.

Shire Hill Lian Gong Shi Ba Fa Association
Is a UK organisation dedicated to the promotion of Lian Gong Shi Ba Fa - the complete therapeutic and health care system. Developed in Shanghai, this system is based on Wang Zhipengs 20 posture form and also references the Ba Duan Jin and ancient tendon-stretching exercises.
Chief Instructor, Kevin McQuaid, is a student of Master Coach Zhuang Jian Shen and Affiliate of Shanghai Lian Gong Shi Ba Fa Association - qualified to train UK coaches.
