Beginners learn 24 Forms and various Qigong Sets, Continuing Class is progressing through the Wudang Style Curriculum.

Evelyn has been practising Taiji since 1989 and has taught in various settings such as Colleges, Health Settings and Private Classes during this time. She is also organising Eastbourne Taijiquan in the Park.
