Jamie teaches traditional Yang style Tai Chi chuan.He also teaches Chi Gung the building blocks of Tai Chi chuan and other related arts.

The aim is to cut through the mystery of Tai Chi and create a very real system for developing a healthy body and mind.With nearly 15 years experince in Tai Chi and other related arts Jamie has trained with some of the worlds leading authorities.

Jamie teaches Workshops at St Hugh's Community centre and is also avaliable for group and private bookings.
