The Palms Tai Chi Club meets at the County Hotel on Monday Mornings between 10.00 and 11.30.  Cost is a minimum of £1 per week

For the first 50 minutes we practise Tai chi and include Shaolin, Wu and other forms.� For the next 20 minutes we have fun with frisbees, hoops, balls, ribbons and when numbers rise Circle dancing.

Glennis, your leader is disabled and everyone has a chair which they sit on if you find standing too much.� The class welcomes anyone disabled, hard of hearing [some signing offered] we have a strict anti-discrimination rule and help each other.

We are totally independent though affilated to the East Coast Martial Arts and the International Budo Association.

Sashes can be gained at a cost of £5 each and a Passbook is required that costs 50p and lasts until you grade for the Black Sash.

Glennis your leader gained her Black Sash from the All British Martial Arts and International Budo Association.  She is also a fully qualfied teacher having been trained at Southlands College London.  After much illness she qualfied as an ND and has a PhD for Immunology.  In her professional life she qualfied as an Accountant and Lawyer.

Glennis also teaches Chinese Medicine, Aromatherapy and Healing.
