This is a great chance to take a peek at Tai Chi (or my Tai Chi) & see how you like it !

If you proceed then you will have a little head start to get you under way.

This 'mini form' will work by itself & could contain all of thew fundamental principles of Tai Chi - but it would be a little bit short !

In this class I teach the Mini Form [in the style of Cheng Man Ching] in three modules. There is a class approximately every six weeks.
This is a great arrangement for people who find it tough to schedule weekly classes or live far away.

You can join in at any time & learn the modules in any sequence, though it's great if you can commence with Foundation & do the other modules in order but it's sometimes not possible.

There are also other classes suitable for beginners during the weekend.
