Yang style T'ai Chi: partner work, push hands, short & long forms, Chi Kung, meditation, ta lu, wabu, san shou, sabre, sword, staff, etc.� All ages and levels are welcome. We emphasise the meditative aspect and natural movement. Classes at my studio or at your place of work or home. BTCCA instructor Caroline began learning T'ai Chi in 1986. In 2001 she began training with Master Mark Raudva (www.thetaichicentre.co.uk) in London, who now comes to Aberdeenshire every three months to teach her students and other T'ai Chi practitioners.
