We are a non-profit making organisation and all subs are used to pay for the hire of the gym and expenses only payment for the teacher.
We are happy to welcome new members of any age over 16 and regardless of current level of fitness (this can always be improved). Chi Kung exercises are practised in class as well as Tai Chi.
Individual attention is given to all beginners by both our teacher Marc (15 years Chen Style and myself (22 years mixed styles).
No previous experience of Tai Chi is necessary so why not come along to the school one thursday night and check us out for free?
The class runs every thursday for 50 weeks with just a two week break for Christmas.
Although serious in our desire to learn Tai Chi and to feel fitter, more flexible and better balanced we are also a friendly group who make every effort to make new members feel comfortable and relaxed.
