This OCN qualification is online with a DVD and face-to-face sessions for support. It is a level 3 qualification which is accepted and recognised by a number of NHS/PCT's.

The course covers:

• �The 5 foundation footwork and 3 foundation handwork patterns that are common to all forms.
• The 4 main Tai Chi stances.
• Wuji
• A short health Form
• The history of Tai Chi Chuan
• Martial Art applications
• Traditional Chinese Medicine
• Qigong

Entry onto this qualification is by referral from your Tai Chi Union instructor or by gaining the OCN Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi Instructor qualification first as there are a number of prior learning requirements. If you are unsure if you have the experience or relevant qualification before enrolling on this course please give us a call.
