I have�moved from teaching for Gosforth Community Education to run classes independently.� I have 19 years Tai Chi and Chi Kung experience and have been�teaching for 12 years.� I am also a qualified Shiatsu Practitioner.

Students will learn the Cheng man Ching Yang Short Form.�� The emphasis is on health and relaxation.� Students will also learn a number of Chi Kung (energy exercise) forms to help build and circulate vital energy and calm the mind.

This class is for students with some Tai Chi experience.
