Tai Chi Qigong Taoist Yoga
Monday - Qigong for Health�3.30pm - 4.30pm Claremont Rugby Age Concern £4
This is a very gentle class. The movements are very simple and easy to learn.We practice a Medical Qigong Form which helps to heal all the internal organs and therefore the different states of ill health associated with them. A very popular class with a very calming and relaxing effect.�
Tuesday - Taoist Yoga Beginners��6.00pm - 7.00pm Regent Rooms £4Taoist Chinese style of Yoga.�This is a very gentle class the movements are very simple and easy to learn.�This Chinese style Yoga is quite gentle, the movements are slow and flowing and the whole body gets a very thorough stretch. Designed to open up and increase energy flow.
Tuesday - Tai Chi Slow & Gentle (Beginners)7.00pm - 8.30pm Regent Rooms £5
Perfect for beginners this class has a nice variety of classic Chinese exercises that will give your whole body a gentle stretch and a little strength.�
The Tai Chi Form is very gentle and slow helping you to become more relaxed and calm and greatly increase energy flow through the whole body.
Wednesday - Try Tai Chi (Beginners) �1.30pm - 2.30pm Ken Marriott Leisure Centre £3A shorter version of the Tuesday class
Thursday - Tai Chi Fast & Powerful �6.30pm - 8.30pm Regent Rooms £6
The focus in this class is Tai Chi as a Martial Art.�
You learn a more advanced Tai Chi Form and how Tai Chi is used for self-defence.�
We practice many partner exercises and drills.�Tai Chi weapons work is also covered.
Friday - Tai Chi Slow & Gentle��10.00am - 11.30am Claremont RAC £5
