Lee Style Tai Chi Classes in Coventry, Thursday evenings 7.30-9pm.

A typical class starts with a warm up, followed by a mix of exercises, including K'ai Men (Taoist Yoga), partner exercises, and two series of movements - the Tai Chi dance and form.

Classes are held at St Christopher Primary School (Infant Hall), via the entrance on the Allesley Old Road, there is off road parking available by the hall should you need it.

Beginners are always welcome - the classes are tailored to the abilities of the people there on the evening.
