Long form based on the lineage of Yang Sau Chung / Chu King Hung.

Friday - 9.15-10.45.
Yang Style long form & broadsword. Intermediate/Advanced.
Places avaialble if you know the long form or most of it.

Friday - 11.00-12.30.
Mixed ability levels of beginners & learners of long form.
Places available for beginners or those with a partial knowledge of the long form.
Newcomers with no previous experience of any Tai Chi are invited to book for a start  on 8 January 2010.

Costs £8.00 per session usually payable in advance in terms of 10-12 weeks.
Concessions £4.00 for unemployed/students.
