I have taught nearly 6 thousand people over those years, and I have kept one of my first students since then, Ian Harkin. I emphasise structure first, energy second, with breathing coming in the middle. Integrity, respect and fun are the hallmarks of my classes. I have several instructors trained up this year, and together we are planning to spread high quality tai chi around Dublin and Ireland. September will see plenty of classes coming onstream.
