BTCCA instructor Caroline began learning T'ai Chi in 1986. In 2001 she began training with Master Mark Raudva in London, who now comes to Aberdeenshire every three months to teach her students and other T'ai Chi practitioners.
We have beginner's, improver's, one-to-one and specialised classes. There are regular weekend workshops where we look in depth at different aspects of T'ai Chi practice. We can also teach classes tailored to an organisation's particular needs.
