At Unseen Stream Taoist Movement Arts based in Fife, we focus on the health benefits people can achieve from regular practice of the Taoist Water Method of Tai Chi and Qigong through the teachings of Lineage Master Bruce Frantzis. This method is suitable for people of all ages and levels of fitness and is designed to empower you to master your inner world, reduce stress, reverse the effects of ageing and reclaim health and joy in your life.

Jackie Smith has been studying Wu Style Tai Chi and Qigong for over 20 years and teaching Tai Chi and Qigong in Fife since 2003. He is a qualified Energy Arts Instructor and is a member instructor of the Tai Chi Union of Great Britain.

He teaches regular classes in both Qigong and Tai Chi in Fife at Cupar and Kirkcaldy and delivers talks and events throughout the central belt of Scotland and in York. He provides corporate events, workshops and private tuition in Tai Chi and Qigong and runs regular classes in Edinburgh for NHS National Services Scotland.
