If for any reason you are not happy with the items you have received, you may return them within 10 days of receipt (4 weeks at Christmas) for refund or exchange, provided that the goods are returned in the original condition and packaging. Please Contact us beforehand to request a returns authorisation number so we may expect them and please obtain a receipt from your local Post Office.
If the items you are returning are faulty, due for example, to a fault in manufacture or damage in transit or that the item was not as described on our site, we will on request by phone, email through the website or letter to our office address shown below refund your reasonable postage costs.
Otherwise in the case of refunds or exchanges (eg. of a different size or colour) you pay the costs of returning the goods to us and we pay the the costs of sending any replacement items to you. The postage and packing change is not refundable.
If Things Should Go Wrong
We take care in selecting quality products, and use reputable carriers. Despite all of this, we appreciate that occasionally things can go wrong.
If you have a complaint, in the first instance please contact us via the website - please be assured of our best attention and we may even be able to resolve an apparent problem immediately.
