- Christmas Break: Although are still open to take orders and answer enquiries, orders will not now be posted until New Year as our warehouse staff will be taking a well-earned break.
Orders taken after 9am on Wednesday 23rd December 2009 will be posted on Monday 4th Jan 2010
- Cost: Delivery within the UK and Europe is free for CDs and DVDs. For orders containing other items the maximum is £4.00 per order within the UK or by shipping weight to the rest of Europe You may calculate these in the shopping cart and they will be confirmed during
the purchase process and clearly displayed to you before payment.
- Time: We aim to despatch your order within 2 working days of your confirmed payment.
Once posted, usually delivery takes one or two working days with the UK and up to a week elsewhere in Europe. If it is more than 4 working days since your mail should have been delivered then please let us know.
- Keeping you informed: When you purchase goods from us, we will send you an automated receipt by email. If you do not receive this you should check your spam filters.
You will then receive further email notification when your order has been dispatched but please feel free to contact us at any time about your order.
You can also check the status of your order online at any time by clicking on
My Account and logging in with
your email address and password.
Here's what each order status means:
- Pending:
- We are still waiting for your payment to clear.
- Processing:
- Your payment has been received and your order is currently being dealt with.
- Pick and Pack:
- Our warehouse will be sending your order the same day.
- Dispatched:
- Your order has either been delivered or is on its way to you.
- We are UK-based and will send your goods from the UK. Our office is located in London and our warehouse is in Ely. Items shown as in stock in our on-line catalog are kept at the warehouse. Neither the office nor the warehouse is open to the public.
- Countries we deliver to:
All of our current range can be delivered anywhere in Europe. We do not ship beyond the boundaries of Europe but can usually find you find a supplier who will.
Almost all of our customers are based in the EU however if delivery is to an address outside the European Economic Area (EU) it is your responsibilty to pay any import duty that may be due.
- Wholesale discounts are available of bulk orders of some items. These may not apply to the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Northern Ireland. If you live within one of the following postcode districts and wish to place a trade / wholesale order please email or telephone for a delivery quotation - BT, HS, IM, IV, KA27-28, KW, KY, PA, PH, TR21-25, ZE.
- Within the UK we normally use 1st Class Post or Royal Mail Special Delivery / courier for high value items.
Overseas we use Airmail / Airsure. A signature confirming receipt may be required upon delivery for heavy items, overseas orders or orders over £50.
- It is not normally possible to purchase out-of-stock items, however occasionally there may be stock-taking errors. Should this happen we will notify you as soon as possible and if we cannot get more stock we will cancel the item and refund you. Otherwise you will have the option to cancel the item and receive a full refund if you would rather not wait.
- You must examine the goods immediately that the goods are delivered to you. We reserve the right to reject claims in respect of shortages or damage in transit or non-delivery 10 days after the due date of delivery.
These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time without prior notice but changes will not affect any data already held and transactions already effected.
